We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. For group bookings, we also offer EMI options with selected bank partners. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Yes, a deposit of 25–30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure for international tours and 15 days before for domestic packages. Flexible payment plans are available on request.
Absolutely. Once your booking is confirmed and deposit received, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with your tour itinerary, payment receipt, packing list, and your dedicated travel consultant's contact details.
Yes! We specialise in fully customised private tours. Simply contact our team with your preferred dates, destinations, budget and group size — we'll craft a bespoke itinerary just for you within 48 hours.
Most of our packages include return airport transfers. Please check the "Inclusions" section on each tour page for specifics. For private and customised packages, airport transfers are always included.
Our group tours accommodate 10–16 travellers for an intimate, personalised experience. Private tours can be tailored for any size from a solo traveller to large family or corporate groups of 50+.
Minor adjustments can sometimes be made on the ground subject to availability and weather conditions. However, we always recommend discussing any preferences or flexibility requirements before departure so we can plan accordingly.

Yes, our team provides full visa guidance and documentation support for all international destinations. We prepare your application checklist, review documents and liaise with embassies on your behalf. Visa fees are usually additional and vary by country.
You will need your original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates), visa, booking confirmation, travel insurance documents, and a valid photo ID. A complete document checklist is sent with your booking confirmation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and mandatory for all international tours. We partner with leading insurers to offer comprehensive coverage including medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage and flight delays at competitive rates.
We recommend starting the visa process at least 4–6 weeks before your travel date. For high-demand destinations like the UK, USA and Schengen countries, allow 8–10 weeks. Our team will advise you on exact timelines for your specific destination.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus booking fees. Cancellations 15–29 days before incur a 25% charge. Within 15 days, a 50% charge applies. No-shows or cancellations on departure day are non-refundable. See our full policy on the Terms page.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Yes! Rescheduling is available up to 21 days before departure subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of ₹1,500 per person applies. We always recommend rescheduling over cancellation as it allows you to retain most of your booking value.
